a cherished community tradition now in its 41st year!
We can’t wait to showcase your creativity and talent at the Festival. Your contribution will be seen by over 16,000 visitors and featured in our online auction, unless you choose to purchase the item back.
No entry fee is required to participate.

How to Participate: Donation Instructions
- Register Your Item - Submit your item registration online or complete a paper Registration Form and mail it to the Paramount Arts Center.
- Review the Donation Calendar - Please see the Donation Calendar below for important dates and deadlines.
- Review the Category-Specific Guidelines - Read the guidelines related to the specific category of the item.
- Item Delivery & Check-In - Bring your decorated item to the Festival during Check-In/Registration hours.
- 👉 All donated items must be dropped off during official registration hours.

Trees may be decorated on site beginning Saturday, Nov. 15 until Monday, Nov. 17 8:00 p.m.
Check-In/Registration Sunday Nov. 16, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Monday Nov. 17, 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Appreciation Party Thursday Nov. 20 - You will receive 2 free admission tickets per item donated at registration. (Additional tickets may be purchased for a discounted rate of $5.00 each)

Ribbons/Awards Pickup Saturday Nov. 29
Online auction ends at 4 p.m. on Sunday Nov. 30

Decorated artificial trees meeting Festival guidelines. Trees may be bought back by the sponsor/decorator for:
Large - under 7ft - $300.00
Medium - under 5ft - $125.00
Small - under 3ft - $75.00
